Role & responsibilities
1. Engage customers telephonically to facilitate the sale of diverse financial products.
2. Exclusively Day Shift Operations.
3. Drive results by consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
4. Maintain high productivity standards with speed and accuracy in all tasks.
5. Demonstrate agility and adaptability by effectively managing shifting priorities.
6. Commit to ethical practices, ensuring zero instances of mis-selling or fraud.
7. Ensure timely and effective responses to all internal communications.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment
2. Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
3. Good selling and negotiations skills
4. Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
5. Minimum 0 to 1 year experience in working in the areas of Sales
