Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Paid Media Analyst to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients' digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone starting their digital marketing journey and eager to learn and grow with a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting optimization
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align campaign objectives
• Maintain ad budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated limits
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform updates
• Assist in preparing client-facing reports and performance decks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience or internships in digital marketing or paid media
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or other ad platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus (or willingness to complete)
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data and results
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
