The Associate – Administration is responsible for performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee general office maintenance, including housekeeping, hygiene, mechanical systems, sanitary plumbing, pantry management, air conditioning, first aid supplies, carpentry, and minor repairs.
Supervise and monitor all daily administrative activities in the office.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely services and maintaining good communication.
Track and manage office inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are reordered as necessary.
Handle courier dispatch and tracking to ensure timely delivery and receipt of items.
Manage petty cash, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting of expenditures.
Assist with the execution of RNR (Recognition and Reward) and other in-house activities.
Coordinate with trainers for attendance tracking and feedback collection.
Utilize Excel to manage data and assist with administrative tasks effectively.
